Skin Tests

All new colour clients do require a consultation and a skin test must be performed at least 48 hours before a colour service, to ensure you have no adverse reaction to the products planned to be used in your booked service.
A small amount of the products are applied behind your ear, so please ensure no earrings are worn during or after the test, as this can produce ambiguous results and create confusion as to what caused a skin reaction.

Cancellation Policy

We politely request if you do need to cancel your appointment, that you contact us at least 48 hours prior to the time and date you’re arranged to come into the salon, allowing us time to offer this appointment to other clients.
If cancellations are made 24 hours before we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service cost.
We also reserve the right to charge ‘No Shows’ 100% of the service cost.
We currently do not take deposits and rely on your respect with cancellations, but this is subject to change if our cancellation rate increases.

COVID

We no longer wear face masks, however we are happy to wear one if you request that your stylist wears PPE.
We maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation to mitigate any spread of any virus/disease.
We ventilate the salon weather permitting.
We use freshly washed gowns and disposable towels which are fully recycled through our partnership with Green Salon Collective.

We require all salon visitors to be kind to our staff and we have a zero tolerance policy for impolite behaviour.
